Limits for Non-Citizens:
While foreign nationals have many of the same First Amendment rights as U.S. citizens, their rights can be more limited in certain contexts, especially concerning national security or immigration law. For example, the U.S. government may place restrictions on the political activities of foreign nationals or bar certain individuals from participating in political campaigns or donations.
